The Effect of Empowering Leadership, Employee Development, and Personality Traits on Employee Engagement PTA

This study aims to obtain an overview of employee engagement level at PTA and examine the influence leadership factors, particularly empowering leadership, development, personality traits on in company. The research was designed using a quantitative approach with correlational type research, while sample selected purposive sampling technique. Data collection carried out questionnaires compiled Likert scale. Furthermore, statistical data obtained were analyzed Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) SmartPLS application (v.3.2.9). results showed that predictive accuracy structural model this categorized as moderate (Adjusted R2 = 0.428, referring Chin, 1998). It also represents total variance variables can be explained by all exogenous simultaneously, which is 42.8%, 57.2% influenced other not discussed model. three found positively affect engagement. factor has more significant than (0.362). following development (0.241), slightest effect (0.231).
